Oliver Stone’s Untold History of the United States is a Netflix docuseries offering an alternative interpretation of modern American history. It focuses on how America was shaped by underreported events and where the military industrial complex has led the nation. Even though it could’ve been improved upon stylistically, it offers fascinating details about iconic and lesser known politicians as well as a sobering look at some of the tragic ordeals the United States has taken part in.
