Thank you for being here! I am so excited to inspire you in any way that I can through holistic living because this lifestyle and the teachings that have been passed on to me are so much bigger than my career path. That’s because when I was only 18 years old I had a scare with breast cancer and my mom was diagnosed with lupus. Shaken to the core, three life-altering questions were sparked:
“What are the healthiest foods and herbs to support total wellness?”
“How do chemicals in our food, homes, products, and environment affect us?”
“How do our thoughts and stress levels influence our emotional and physiological health?”
My quest for the best answers was a winding road, full of ups and downs, confusion, frustration, and beautiful breakthroughs. By 27 my knowledge and clarity in holistic health, mindfulness, and detoxification had deepened in a powerful way, which inspired me to launch The Avalon Cleanse and share this wisdom throughout Hollywood and across the United States. Since 2005 I’ve has helped people not only lose weight, get glowing skin, detoxify, and even heal from cancer, but gain a passionate, purpose-driven perspective on life and how to make the most of it. It would be a true honor to help you cultivate true health with true purpose.

What you might not expect about me and coaching with me:
Why do you promote a plant based diet?
I’ve always encouraged clients to integrate an abundance of plant-based foods in their diet even before I became a vegan. That’s because eating an abundance of plant foods can increase:
- natural energy
- glowing skin
- easier weight management
- better digestion and elimination
- detoxification
- cellular healing
- pH balance (more alkalinity, less acidity)
- a cleaner, more sustainable planet
- a more mindful lifestyle
You might be surprised to know:
- 95% of my new clients are not vegans or vegetarians
- I believe in letting clients choose their own path (and never pressure anyone to become vegan)
- I believe in progress, not perfection when it comes to adopting any healthy habits
- Even though we delve into some big topics I always love to find the humor and have some good laughs together along the way
How far I’ve come and how far you can go:
It’s easy for people to take a look at what I teach and where I’m at and then think, “She’s probably always lived this way. It’s probably easy for her.” It’s true that I managed to find my groove and I do find my holistic diet and lifestyle really enjoyable and pretty darn easy. However, you might be surprised how far I’ve come. After all:
- I used to love eating meat (especially seafood) and dairy. As a kid some of my favorites included beef jerky, moo shoo pork, BBQ chicken, cheese, and when my parents could afford it, steak or lobster.
- I also loved cheesecake, pizza, and soda (I actually still love pizza and cheesecake, but MUCH healthier, satisfying versions that don’t make me feel sluggish and tired)
- I was a total chocoholic as a kid and young adult
- I once worked at a bagel shop (and not too surprisingly gained 10lbs)
- I once worked as a barrista in Seattle
- I used to love eating at fast food restaurants like Taco Bell and Jack in the Box
- I really struggled for years to exercise regularly and meditate regularly
- Despite being a health coach for over a decade I don’t eat salads every day
- I used to make purchases based on what I could afford and liked without giving a lot of thought to the environmental or social impact they had
- I used to buy bottled water on a regular basis
- I grew up using conventional cleaners as well as personal care and beauty products
- I used to struggle with sensitive skin and a sensitive digestive system
- I used to think I needed to wear makeup every day
- I used to think I had to color my hair to look beautiful and professional
- I used to be self-conscious about various parts of my body (that still comes up once in awhile)
Here’s the best part. All the struggles I’ve made it through and the changes I’ve made in my life have been a gift that not only made me a stronger person, but a more effective health coach. I hope through my experiences and the strategies I’ve developed that I can efficiently serve you in creating the best version of your health and life. So, feel free to sign up for my newsletter and explore the programs I offer.
