With private coaching, you will receive three 60-minute sessions. This includes going over a detailed client form so the extra information and strategies can be customized for you and your health goals. There will also be time to cover specific questions you have. In addition, Rachel will help hold you accountable to making positive changes over the course of the 3 sessions.
With the online program you will have the convenience of learning anytime or anywhere. Learn while you’re at the gym or just hanging out in your pajamas. You’ll also be able to listen to it as many times as you want so you can make the most of the program information and recommendations.
Why is there a difference between the length of the private coaching sessions is vs. the online course?
The private coaching is a total of 3 hours spread out over 3 separate sessions. This allows a relaxed pace and time for answering questions and customizing recommendations. The online course is the fast-track approach to empowering yourself with tips and information.
